Q1. Are you a manufacturer? What product do you have?
A.Yes we are a professional heating solution manufacturer which own more than ten-year experiences and we have our own manufacturering base. And we specialize in hot stone heating bag,hot stones massage, warm bamboo bars for spa massage,Ultrasonic stain remover,saddle heating cover,12v mobile Thermal Spa Heating Cap,Electric Heating Glove,Electric Heating Socks,Electric Heating Insole.And heating elements as flexible kapton heating film,PET heating film,silicone/rubber heating mat/panel,PTC heater,infared micaheater,infrared epoxy heating panel,tubular heater,Cartridge heater,heating mats(cables)for snow melting.and we also offer customized for our clients.
Q2. What is the lead time?
A: Sample is 1-2 working days, mass production time is 6-8 working days for the order less than 5000 pcs if without any changing.
Q3. Do you have any OEM or ODM service?
A.Yes, we offer both service. And we work with many famous brands. OEM service like simple change of it’s item, adding a logo, coloring design, ODM service like designing a new product for clients, and so, just let us know your concept, we give our best shot to achieving what you need.
Q4. How about the product quality?
A.Don’t worry about any product quality, as we are a ISO approved factory, products should be in four times full inspection during production. And all items are passed certificate of ROHS, FCC, UL and ect.
Q5. What is the accreditation you have?
A.Our products strictly passed ISO1400, ISO9001, SA8000, RoHs, Reach, FCC, ERP, Energy Star and ect.
Q6. How is the after-sale service?
A.Hugeworth promise, for all the goods with quality reason within 3 months,we will take all responsibility for returns,replacements,and all the tracks and offer the product demonstration.
Q7. Can i have some sample to testing good quality?
A.Yes of course you can, any of the product for you to test and to seek the market.
Q8. If we want to make our customized logo on the product, you can do that?
A.Yes we can do this. There are three methods that you can choose, laser printing, silkscreen and color printing.
Q9. Can i have my favorite color housing instead of your standard colors? So if any extra cost?
A.Yes we have any color and you can choose any one you like, without any extra cost but with MOQ 1K.
Q10. May i have my way to pack with the production?
A.Yes it is not a problem. Just let us know how the way you want to, and material of the packing box and carton. But here cost will over a bit than in a normal packaging way.
Q11. Any warranty you offer on the products?
A.Yes, we can offer a one-year warranty.
Q12. What is the delivery time if we place an order?
A.It depends on the quantity ordered, normally for small order within 12-18 working days, but if for more quantity ordered, it will be informed when your order placed.
Q13. Where is the market your product sell to?
A.To Europe, Europe is our biggest market, and US, Southeast Asia, south Africa… Hugeworth products is having a good reputation and our footprint all over the world.
Q14. Can I have a sample even pre-production before I send you the order?
A: Yes, We can send you samples for your approval first.
